When you call from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the destination number. OR, programme the whole thing in to your mobile for total hassle-free calling: Programming a mobile There's a simple trick to using just-dial from your mobile without having to keep dialling the access number and the international number every time to use the service. Here's how: Simply add a pause between the access number and the international number you wish to dial: Eg: You want to call Mum in Australia. So, you create a new entry called 'Mum' in your phone-book on your mobile and then when entering the number: 1. Enter the access number 2. Enter a 'pause'.
